I made an order on 7-19 and haft the order was back ordered. on 8-18 I was billed for it. on 9-18 I called to see were it was and it wasn't shipped and no refund was made. after 3 calls to get the refund they said it was done. 10 days later it has not showed up on my account. called the card company got on a 3way call with visa and harbor freight couldn't get it fixed so they had to pass it to the fraud department to fix.

Sorry to hear it Tom. So far I've had pretty good luck dealing with them. Think they have a few morons working in their shipping department though.

I think that the morons are all over. I asked why it could not be shipped they could not tell me,there site said that 70lb was the limit to Alaska. I asked what the wight was they could not tell me. had to go to another site to find a idem like it and that was 150lb.

no that deal went off with out a hitch. this is a tube bender that was on sale. will need to bend 2" tube for the truck exhaust it was a cheep way to get the die. might have to come up with a way to make one.

Must be their 16 ton model. Their site lists it at 150 lbs shipping weight. I had their smaller - but similar - 12 ton model at a transmitter site for bending large conduit. Worked okay. But ended up using it as much for the tall 12 ton jack as for a pipe bender. It's part of what I used to install two 480 lb transformers inside a new TV transmitter all by my lonesome. U-bolted one end of big unistrut to steel table on one side of transmitter other side extended over transformers on a pallet. Lifted other end on jack with biggest pipe shoe. Chained transformers to heavy wall bracket on strut. When I jacked up end it lifted transformer. Then used drill driving a length of all thread down unistrut to draw transformer into mount location. Worked like a charm.
Hope you at least get your money back.

I'd be on their case. Three months is absurd!
