More progress on the winch. I milled the straight sections of the plate to clean them up a bit and cut the hole (with hole saw) for the DOM tubing for where the hydraulic cylinder attaches. Then it put some parts together to see how everything fit.I

Yeah I planned on building it so as most of the wieght is in the center. I'm going to make the frame and track frames out of channel iron, with two pieces of square tubing, about 4" long, in the middle, connecting them at a 45 degree angle.
